These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of zestreelraccon.com (the “Site”), operated by Zestreel Horology Media Ltd, trading as Zestreelraccon, Company No. 14872306, registered in England and Wales at 18 Marlowe Court, Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8JH, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

- You may use the Site for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.

The Site is an independent editorial publication about vintage watches. We aim for accuracy, but horological history, specifications and production details vary between individual watches and sources, and new research may change understanding. Content is provided for general information and entertainment only. It is not professional advice and must not replace an inspection by a qualified watchmaker or specialist.

4. Prices and market data
Price ranges, estimated values and market comments on the Site are indicative only, rely on general market observation and are not valuations, offers, quotations or financial advice. Prices for vintage watches change frequently and depend on condition, originality, provenance and demand. Always verify current prices with recent auction results and reputable dealers. Past performance is not a guide to future value, and the value of a watch may fall as well as rise.
5. The collector quiz
The “Find Your Vintage Watch” quiz is a light-hearted editorial tool that suggests a watch from our Top 5 based on your answers. It is not a recommendation to buy, and results are not tailored financial or investment advice. Your quiz answers are processed in your browser and are not sent to us.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, graphics, layout, code and logo are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal use and quote short extracts with attribution and a link back to the Site. Any other use needs our written permission.
Brand names, model names and trademarks mentioned on the Site, including Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, Cartier, Heuer, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Vacheron Constantin, Audemars Piguet and Longines, belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them. Their use is for identification and editorial commentary. Photography is illustrative and may not show the exact reference described.

We do not sell watches. Any transaction you make with a third party is solely between you and them.

11. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site, and update these Terms, at any time. The updated Terms apply from the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available without interruption or free of errors.
12. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute connected with the Site are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your home courts. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
